- All return shipments must include a valid tracking number. Return shipments without a valid tracking number are ineligible for refund or exchange.

- Custom or personalized items (incl. engraved or made-to-spec) are final sale.
- Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in.

How do i return my item(s)?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange and we will provide you with a return address.
How do i exchange my item(s)?
- Exchanges follow the same steps as the return. After we receive/inspect your original item, place a new order for the desired item/size.

How do i get my refund?
- Once tracking shows Delivered and we’ve inspected the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
