How long will my order take to ship?

Every piece is handmade and made to order, which is why processing times are listed under the Processing Time tab for each listing.

You’ll receive a tracking number for your order the as soon as it ships.

How do I track my order?

Go to Order Status, paste your tracking number, and you’ll see live updates, directly from the carrier website. If there’s no scan after 48 hours, message us and we’ll check with the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start working on order almost as soon as they come in.

If you need a change or cancellation, Contact us with your order number and fill out the subject line with, ‘Urgent: Order Change #1234’, within 12 hours of ordering. After that, changes may not be possible since we try to ship out orders as soon as possible (sometimes before the processing times listed).

Do you offer rush orders?

We do our best but some our pieces take longer to make than others. Tell us your date and the item you need before placing your order.

We’ll confirm feasibility and any rush fee or expedited shipping options.

What is your return policy?

Returns of unworn, unaltered pieces are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Body jewelry (nose rings), custom sizes, engraved items, and “final sale” pieces are not returnable. See full policy under our Returns & Exchanges.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange and we will provide you with a return address.

Exchanges follow the same steps as the return. After we receive/inspect your original item, place a new order for the desired item/size.

Are your pieces solid gold?

Yes. All of our pieces are solid gold. We only work with 10k, 14k or 18k solid gold.

Will solid gold tarnish? Can I wear it in water?

Solid gold doesn’t rust or turn your skin green. Daily wear, including showers, is fine. Rinse after pools/hot tubs and avoid harsh chemicals to keep the finish bright.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Solid gold is generally skin-friendly. If you’re sensitive to alloys, choose 14k or 18k as the higher in karat you select, the less alloy content. The alloy that is mixed in with 24k is usually the culprit for any allergic reactions, which is why we always recommend selecting 14k or 18k if you have any concerns regarding allergic reactions.

Which karat should I choose: 10k, 14k, or 18k?

Regardless of which karat you select, the quality of crafstmanship and durability of each piece is never in question with solid gold. Each of our handmade items will last a lifetime with proper care.

  • 10k: Generally the best choice for the cost conscious consumer. You get all the benefits of solid gold for the best value. The yellow gold color will be a touch paler than 14k, it will be difficult to notice the difference in color between each color since we use high quality alloy.
  • 14k: Our personal favorite and most popular choice of karat for all our products. Offers the perfect balance of rich color, value and quality. A timeless favorite for daily wear, balancing lasting luxury with everyday value.
  • 18k: The premium choice for solid gold. 18k solid gold has the highest gold content, giving it the most luxurious look and prestige, though it’s softer and comes at a higher price point. For those with sensitive skin or concerns about allergic reactions, 18k solid gold is the safest choice.
How do I clean and care for my jewelry?

It's always best to take your jewelry in to a local jewelers for cleaning. But for cleaning at home we recommend that you:

  • Wash with mild soap and warm water, pat dry, and store separately in a pouch/box.
  • For a deeper clean, use non-abrasive jewelry cleaner. Full care guide here.
Will I pay duties on my order? - USA & Canada -

No. You will never pay any duties for your order if you are located in the United States or Canada.

My package says “Delivered” but it’s not here.

Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/building staff, and confirm that they didn't pick it up.

If still missing, contact us. We will help file a carrier trace/claim. If carriers are not able to assist, we will try to work with your local authorities to report a stolen package.

I received the wrong item / My item arrived damaged.

Contact us within 24 hours of the package being delivered.
